Hannah's Heart Foudation is committed to helping families in crisis. This years goal is making "Care Kits" for the Neo Natal Intensive care unit. The NICU is where the sickest newborns go. It is where Hannah spent her first 11 days. These Care Kits are closed containers. Inside there are toothbrushes, toothpaste, washcloths, soap, razors, water, non perishable snacks, notepad and pens, mints, and calling cards, to name a few. A friend dropped off one like it when we had Hannah and it was so helpful. The hope is that the contents of these Care Kits will fill weary parents with the nourishment and support they will need.
